Cancellation – Refunds Policy

Cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases:
1. Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can click “back” and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the “remove” button.

2. If by any chance you have passed the stage of completing the order but changed your mind, please contact us directly at info@basetraining.gr

3. The company is not obliged to provide a full refund after complete participation / enrollment in a course that is proven through website navigation, quiz testing/ scoring and completing units.

4. The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
