Course Description
Pilates Matwork & Props is the foundation of the Pilates method.
The first level of specialization includes Pilates exercises and techniques performed on the mat and is the first and most important part of the Pilates certification seminar. Understanding the concept of Pilates Matwork is the key towards incorporating and combining all other techniques and exercises of the advanced levels that include Pilates Reformer and Pilates Equipment.
