Course Description

Physical activity can significantly contribute to the proper development of a child. Participation in team sports, games and activities, is very important for children’s healthy  development, both physically and mentally. Furthermore children who exercise,  tend to be more active in adult life.

Through the Kids Athletics Seminar, you will learn how exercise, physical activity, and socialization through team sports provide the proper foundation for a child’s development.

  • Developing rhythm skills
  • Developing fine motor skills
  • Developing motion coordination
  • Developing reciprocity
  • Developing perception, confidence, trust, sociability, vision and especially emotions, imagination and creativity

  • a series of amazing games you can teach
  • activities performed with or without the help of a ball
  • scientific data on exercise and children
  • activities that enhance their sense of rhythm
  • techniques to enhance the child’s socialization and self-confidence
